At Notary2Notary, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility

• You can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.
• Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@notary2notary.com.

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

5. How to Request a Return

1. Contact info@notary2notary.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item back to us (we will provide the return address).
3. Wait for confirmation once we process your refund or exchange.
